Anti-Human-Trafficking and Content Compliance Policy

India Dating has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking and exploitation. This page describes what is forbidden, how we keep minors and non-consensual content out, and how to report a concern. India Dating is operated by Evolution Service EOOD.

Last updated: November 2026

1. Zero tolerance

We do not allow India Dating to be used for human trafficking, slavery, forced labour, child sexual abuse material or any sexual content shared without consent. We do not allow the service to advertise or arrange paid sexual services, or any activity that involves force, fraud, coercion or minors.

2. What is forbidden

It is forbidden to post, send or share content that shows or promotes the trafficking or exploitation of people, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or violent sexual acts, offers of sex for payment or escort services, or any other illegal activity. Explicit content is not allowed on India Dating at all.

3. Age and identity

India Dating is for adults aged 18 and over. Members give their date of birth when they register, and every new member passes an identity check (a photo of an identity document and a selfie with a one-time code) before contacting other members. Our staff review the identity pictures and delete them 7 days after the decision.

4. Photos and messages

Profile photos are screened automatically before they are shown, and photos the system is not sure about are held for review by our moderators. Messages are filtered for contact details, prohibited content and mass-copied text. Members can report and block any profile or message.

5. Consent for photos

Members may upload only photos of themselves and agree in the Terms that their photos are displayed on the service. A person shown in content without their consent can have it removed; see the Content Removal and Appeals Policy.

6. Reporting and takedown

Report a concern with the Report button or at [email protected]. We review and resolve complaints within 7 business days and remove non-compliant content. See the Complaints Policy and the Content Removal and Appeals Policy.

7. Records

We keep records of complaints, decisions and removals for the period required by law and by card-network rules, and make them available to our payment partners on request.

8. Consequences

Accounts that break this policy are suspended or closed, the content is removed and, where required, the matter is reported to the police and to our payment partners.

9. If you need help

If you or someone you know is in danger or is a victim of human trafficking, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU) or the police. In the United States you can call the National Human Trafficking Hotline on 1-888-373-7888 or text HELP to 233733. To report child sexual abuse material, use the NCMEC CyberTipline (1-800-843-5678) or your national hotline.
