Complaints Policy
If you see content or behaviour on India Dating that may be illegal or that breaks our rules, you can report it. This page explains how to complain, how we review complaints and how to appeal a decision. India Dating is operated by Evolution Service EOOD.
Last updated: November 20261. How to make a complaint
Use the Report button on any profile, photo or message, or write to [email protected]. Please include the link or username, what is wrong and, if you can, a screenshot. The member you report is not told who reported them. We accept every complaint about content that may be illegal or may break our Terms.
2. How we review
A person on our team reviews every complaint. We review and resolve complaints within 7 business days. Urgent cases, such as suspected minors, threats or images shared without consent, are handled first and the content may be hidden while we review.
3. Steps of the review
We record the complaint, check the content or account against our Terms and the law, hide or remove it if it breaks the rules, restrict or close the account if needed, and tell the person who complained what was decided.
4. Possible outcomes
No action, a warning, removal of the content, a temporary restriction, permanent closure of the account and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities or to our payment partners. We tell the complainant the outcome of the review.
5. Appeals
If you disagree with a decision, write to [email protected] with the subject "Appeal" and explain why. A different member of our team reviews the appeal and replies by email. People shown in content can also use our Content Removal and Appeals Policy.
